Who we are

Muktalila Games develops Chibi Smash. For support or privacy questions, contact support@muktalila.com. This policy covers the Chibi Smash FamilyPrivacy Android test build and this website, effective 28 October 2026. It does not describe earlier test APKs or a future release with different services.

Children and age choices

Chibi Smash is being prepared for players of different ages, including children. At each cold launch we ask for an age band: under 13, 13–17, 18 or older, or prefer not to say. The choice is held in memory for the session. We do not request a date of birth, save the age band to a player profile, or send it to analytics. All bands can play the fictional-character rounds and earn game coins. Children, teens and players who skip the question receive no ads and cannot open the photo picker in this update. An age-band answer is not verified parental consent. On a shared device, use Switch player in Settings or close and reopen the game before another person plays.

Game progress on your device

The game stores coin balances, unlocked throwing objects, settings, round counts and any older avatar records on the device. It has no player registration, public profile, chat or cloud-save service. Local save and recovery copies remain until reset, app-data clearing or removal, subject to Android storage and backup behavior. Older test versions may have left local guest identifiers, analytics bookkeeping, consent preferences or avatar image files. This update stops creating gameplay analytics identities and events; it does not promise to erase all information saved by older versions.

Advertising and privacy choices

Live production ads are not enabled. Adult test sessions may request Google AdMob sample ads, including optional rewarded ads and post-round interstitials. Child, teen and unknown-age sessions do not initialize the ad or consent SDK through the game and do not request ads. Adult requests also use child-protective ad treatment, a general-audience content limit and disabled publisher first-party ID. Advertising-ID permissions are removed from this update. These settings restrict ad processing; they are not a promise that network services collect no information. Google may process IP addresses, device or app information, ad interactions, diagnostics and fraud-prevention signals when an adult session requests ads. UMP is configured independently for the age band: under-age treatment is the default for minors/unknown users, and adult sessions retain applicable consent choices before requesting ads. Where Google requires a privacy-options entry, it appears in Settings. Switching player stops new game ad requests and disposes loaded ads; it does not unload an SDK initialized earlier in that app process. This is not parental consent and does not authorize personalized advertising. Advertising behavior and disclosures must be reviewed before any live-ad release.

Photos and AI

Adult sessions can choose one JPEG or PNG through the Android document picker for a local preview. The game reads the selected image, rather than browsing the gallery. The preview is held in memory and released when it is closed, when another photo is chosen, or when the app process ends. The game does not upload the selected image to Muktalila Games or an AI provider. AI avatar generation is disabled and no AI provider has been selected. Older locally generated avatar files may remain on the device. Removing an avatar from the collection is reversible for the session and does not delete the image file. Children, teens and unknown-age sessions cannot access photo preview.

Analytics, purchases and permissions

Gameplay analytics, anonymous sign-in and Unity engine diagnostics are disabled in this update. There is no active Firebase Analytics or Firebase Auth integration, and we do not send the age-band choice to an analytics service. This does not rule out network processing by Google Ads in adult sessions or by Android and the app store. The player-facing shop uses coins earned through gameplay; it offers no real-money purchase in this update. AI-generation balances are not offered for sale. The game does not request camera, microphone, contacts, location or broad photo-library access for these features. Internet/network access is used by adult test advertising.

Deleting local data

Reset local progress in Settings resets gameplay progress and supports Undo until the game closes; it is not a complete privacy deletion. To remove all app-local storage, a grown-up can clear Chibi Smash app data in Android Settings or uninstall the app. This also removes game progress. The update requests that Android cloud backup and device transfer exclude app data. Device vendors and older backups may behave differently; app removal does not erase older backups or information already held by Google, an email provider or another third party. We cannot remotely access or delete a player’s local save because there is no cloud player account.

Support messages and privacy requests

If you email support@muktalila.com, your email provider and our email service process your message, sender address and anything you include. We use the information to respond to your request and handle related support or privacy matters. Please do not send children’s photographs, identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information. A parent or guardian can contact us about a child’s information. Ask us to delete support correspondence you no longer want retained; we will handle the request subject to applicable obligations and any records that must be retained. Email-service backups and third-party retention may continue under those providers’ practices. Support correspondence remains with our email service until deleted, subject to provider backups and any applicable record-keeping obligations. We do not promise a fixed retention period for those providers.
